Locomotive Holiday Card

Background: Every holiday season, Paradowski Creative produces a special holiday gift. For several years, the entire company in a team effort would designed and produce about 500 packages of hand-made greeting cards, each card representing a team member.

Audience: Prospective and current clients

Objective: Create a giveaway item that is special and unique

Responsibilities: Design and silk screen 500 cards

Results: Inspired by the LEGO Thatcher Perkins Locomotive from 1976 and a holiday ad for St. Louis Union Station, I designed a card that represented the holidays, toys and trains. The finished card had two real LEGO elements glued to it. As with years before, the cards were a big hit and won several design awards.
